Advancing Energy LTD are an Energy Assessment and Building Performance Consultancy specialising in both residential and commercial sectors. Dedicated to delivering cutting-edge energy solutions that drive sustainability and efficiency.

We provide professional Retrofit services including funding optimisation, technical design, and full PAS 2030/2035 compliance. We provide energy assessment and building performance services for residential and commercial properties, SAP assessments for new builds, domestic and non-domestic energy assessments (EPCs), and detailed u-value calculations to support regulatory compliance and energy efficiency improvements.

Our Services

Domestic Energy Assessment - EPC’s

Domestic EPCs assess a home’s energy efficiency, rating performance and recommending improvements to reduce energy use, lower bills, cut emissions, and support regulatory compliance and property decisions.

Non Domestic (Commercial) Assessments

Non-domestic energy assessments evaluate energy use in commercial buildings, identifying inefficiencies, ensuring compliance, and recommending improvements to reduce costs, carbon emissions, and enhance overall operational performance.

Retrofit Coordination Services

Accredited with Trustmark, Elmhurst and ECMK we can provide the compliance you need for your retrofit projects in accordance with PAS2035:2023. Registered with the PAS Hub and Eco Surv we provide a full end to end service from the initial assessment to post install monitoring and evaluation.

We oversee the project, consulting with the owner of the dwelling, the Retrofit Assessor and Retrofit Installer, to best support the Retrofit Project. We are compliant with the full retrofit process, mitigating any risks that may occur. We aim to complete any work to your required time frame.

We work alongside housing providers and delivery partners to design and implement structured retrofit programmes ensuring PAS 2030/2035 compliance to ensure projects are undertaken with expertise, control and efficiency.

On Construction (SAP) Energy Assessment

SAP energy assessments calculate a dwelling’s energy performance and carbon emissions, supporting compliance with Building Regulations Part L and informing design, construction, and certification of new-build homes.

Assessing of Vocational Achievement and Internal Quality Assurance

We Assess Vocational Achievement to evaluate learners’ competence against standards. We also provide a service to ensure Internal Quality Assurance which ensures assessments are consistent, accurate, and compliant, maintaining fairness, reliability, and continuous improvement in training provision.

Chartered Surveyor Reports

Chartered Surveyor Report service can provide you with the necessary reports signed off by a RICS Chartered Surveyor.

These reports can provide recommendations for energy efficient measures to be installed in a property. A Chartered Surveyor Report will also provide supporting evidence, detailing why a measure may not be suitable, or how an existing measure has failed.

Part G Water Calculations

Part G of the building regulations sets out the requirement that any new build dwelling meets a minimum requirement of less than 125 litres of potable water per person per day. These calculations are a combination of the water used in the dwelling.
